She is most well-known for her appearances on the show Power Rangers Time Force as Jen Scotts, Ted Mosbys Sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother and Kendra Burke n Saving Grace. The actress also starred as Felicity as Felicity in Red Widow, an ABC program Red Widow. She is also noted to be the first lead female role in the Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II and Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma was her boyfriend. She married Paul Freeman in 2016. Lauren Cahill, her only sister. Cahill is from Stafford, Virginia. Cahill began to perform locally in productions at her high school's mother at the age of four. Cahill also began classes in dance and singing as early as age eight years old. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia was her title in the year 1991. In addition, she placed first as Miss Junior America's very first and second. The acting carried on into high school and at Brooke Point High School. In Brooke Point, she was the president for many organizations. The most notable of these was the Honor Thespians. Cahill scored the top marks of all her peers in the drama audition in the Governors School for the Arts in her sophomore year. Cahill also won the overall actor award at the Actors Models Talent for Christ Competition at age 16. The company as well as the individual awards when she joined the Barton and Williams Dance Company. Marymount Manhattan College offered her a full scholarship for both the performing arts and academics following she graduated from highschool in 1998. In the year she turned 19, she quit school to pursue an acting profession.
